EBS / PETS

Description

EBS (Ethylene Bis Stearamide) and PETS (Polyethylene Terephthalate Stearamide) are synthetic wax lubricants with dual functionality as dispersing agents and internal processing aids. Known for their high melting points and anti-sticking properties, these waxes are used in both thermoplastics and thermoset systems to ensure smooth material flow and improved surface finish.

FAQ

1.Can EBS be used in engineering plastics?

Yes. EBS is widely used in PA, POM, and PC systems to improve lubrication and reduce shear stress.

2.Is PETS effective in high-temperature molding?

Yes. PETS has high thermal resistance, making it suitable for continuous processing without degradation.

3.Does EBS interfere with UV or flame retardant systems?

No. EBS is chemically inert and compatible with most plastic additive systems.

4.What form factors are available?

We supply EBS and PETS in powder, flake, and granular formats based on application needs.
