AO-B215

Description

AO-B215 is a compound antioxidant made by blending AO-1010 (BHT) and AO-168 (Dilauryl Thiodipropionate) in a fixed ratio.

This ready-to-use blend provides dual-function protection:

  • BHT offers short-term protection during heat processing
  • DLTP gives long-term aging resistance

It is a preformulated antioxidant system that simplifies formulation and improves stability for polyolefins and other thermoplastics.

Mechanism & Features

  • Balanced protection during both processing and storage
  • No need to measure and mix individual antioxidants
  • Lower cost than using separate AO-1010 + AO-168
  • Minimizes product yellowing and brittleness
  • Compatible with many additives, UV absorbers, and pigments
  • Helps meet ROHS and REACH standards
