Color Masterbatch

Color masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments or dyes and a polymer carrier used for coloring plastics during the manufacturing process. It provides a cost-effective and efficient way to achieve consistent color in plastic products. Color masterbatch can be easily added to a variety of plastic materials, ensuring a uniform color distribution and high-quality finish.

There are different types of color masterbatches, each designed for specific applications and plastic materials:

  • Carbon Black Masterbatch: Provides black color to plastic products and is commonly used in applications where UV resistance and color durability are required.
  • TiO₂ White Masterbatch: Used to achieve a bright white finish in plastic materials, often used in packaging, textiles, and industrial applications.
  • Red/Yellow/Blue Masterbatch: These masterbatches are designed to add vibrant colors to plastic products, often used in consumer goods, toys, and packaging.
  • UV Masterbatch / Antioxidant Masterbatch: A functional color masterbatch that not only colors the material but also provides UV protection and antioxidant properties for plastics used in outdoor and high-heat environments.
